- Return & Exchange Policy
At La Boutique Blanche, each piece is carefully curated to meet our quality and styling standards. To ensure fairness and hygiene, the following policy applies:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Accessories
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or special-order items
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for items received damaged or defective, subject to inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing times.
La Boutique Blanche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the above conditions.
- Shipping Policy
La Boutique Blanche currently offers shipping within Qatar and across GCC countries. International shipping will be introduced at a later stage.

- Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Qatar: 2–4 business days
- GCC Countries: 7-14 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.
- Shipping Fees & Duties
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
- For GCC orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
- For future international orders, customs duties and taxes will not be included unless explicitly mentioned.
- Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- La Boutique Blanche is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- Once the order is dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s operations.
- Undelivered or Returned Shipments
- Orders returned due to incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal will be subject to reshipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
La Boutique Blanche reserves the right to update shipping destinations, courier partners, and delivery fees without prior notice.
- Checkout Process Policy
To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience:
- All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email once checkout is completed successfully.
