3. Orders & Checkout
- All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful checkout.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required.
- Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including accessories, sale or discounted items, and customized or special-order items.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, store credit will be issued, valid for 3 months and non-refundable.
- Refunds are only issued for items received damaged or defective, subject to inspection and approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- La Boutique Blanche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is currently available within Qatar and GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE). International shipping will be introduced at a later stage.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:
- Qatar: 2–4 business days
- GCC Countries: 7–14 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. GCC customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. La Boutique Blanche is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- Returned or undelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses or refusal are subject to reshipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- La Boutique Blanche reserves the right to update shipping destinations, courier partners, and delivery fees without prior notice.
6. Promotional Offers
Promotional offers, discounts, or campaigns may be modified or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of La Boutique Blanche.
